This recipe by @pinchofparsley_ takes two of our favorite childhood classic favorites (overnight oats and PB&J) and combines them into one amazing recipe using our Original Chef’s Blend Barleymilk!
Ingredients
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 cup of Take Two Chef's Blend Barleymilk
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/4-1/2 tsp of salt
- 2 tbsp of peanut butter
- 2-3 tbsp of blueberry or mixed berry preserves
- top with coconut flakes and blueberries
Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl or tupperware, combine oats, chia seeds, barleymilk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Cover container, place in the fridge, and allow to set for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Step 2
Once ready to assemble, fill two jars or bowls halfway with oat mixture, then add a tbsp of blueberry preserves, then a tbsp of peanut butter. Top with remaining oats and coconut flakes and fresh blueberries, if desired.

Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for a maximum of 3 days. Enjoy!
